Chop Chop

Kasey has finally did it! She talked me into not only cutting her hair but chopping it off! She loves her new do and will not stop smiling when she looks in the mirror. She even has her hair "style" picked out for picture day at school........next week.

The 1st days of school

Kasey started Kindergarten this year and Reese started her 1st year of preschool. They both are eager to go, so far...and I am loving a little free time!

Our wonderful Summer (part 2)

We are wrapping up our summer with some boating. We purchased a boat mid-August and are loving it!

* We started off our summer by getting a puppy. Her name is Sweeda and she is a Yorkshire Terrier. She is a good girl but in this pic she is actually being nice to Reese.....she EATS her up now, must be because she is such a peanut.

In June, we went to Eagle Crest with the Grays. We had a great time and truly enjoyed ourselves. We swam, biked, went into Bend looking for adventure, and played on the play structure.

The girls took swim lessons and Kasey loved it! Reese, however, was a little hesistant.

At the beginning of July, Debbie and the boys came down from Juneau, AK for a nice visit. We

went to the St. Paul Rodeo, did a little shopping, and as you can see, played a little RockBand!

At the beginning of August, we spent the week at Chief Timothy State Park near Clarkston, WA. We swam, boated on the Snake River, and ate A LOT!!

So, I have been debating for quite sometime whether or not I should partake in this "blog" thing. I have decided after much deliberation that I will use it to share pics that I seem to have a hard time emailing, for whatever reason. So, I will soon be posting a snapshot of our summer adventures and then start with the fall season. Wish me luck!
