Pumpkins, Pumpkins, Pumpkins!

What a great October we had! We were able to go to the Oregon Sweet Berry Pumpkin patch with the Grays and had an awesome day. We were there for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours and the kids didn't want to leave. A few days later, I got to join the school field trips to the Heiser Farms Pumpkin patch. Both Kasey's Kindergarten and Reese's preschool went the same day/time so it totally worked out.
Corn Mazes are always fun! We got lost.....imagine that!I love this pic of Kasey. We were getting ready to go on the tractor ride and the guide was telling us what the next stop was......the slide and rope swing. I guess she was excited!

She did it again!!!

The night I posted the "Oh Reese" blog, I went into her room to make sure she was tucked in all nice and cozy. As I came up the stairs I could see that her light was on. I thought, oh my goodness, she did it again!?! Oh no! Here it was 10:10 pm and our little Reesey Roo was wide awake playing with a Q-tip and her horse. She had all her dresser drawers pulled open and just looked at me like, what?? I think we have a night owl....that means trouble!! It's a good thing she is so stinkin' cute!

Oh, Reese

So, this picture of Reese was taken about an hour after we put her to bed. She decided that it wasn't quite bed time yet. She turned on her light and grabbed all the books on the bottom shelf of her bookcase and threw them up on her bed. She did a little light reading before she gave up but we certainly got a laugh out of her.

Thank you Aunt Heather......

NOT! So Aunt Heather decides to send my girls a little Halloween care package. Very cute and what a sweet, thoughtful idea. But, inside that little pkg. were about 8 Gigantic size gum balls. As soon as they opened the box, they had those gum balls in their tiny little hands and you guessed it, within 2.4 seconds they were inhaled! YUM! As you can see in the picture, the gum is entirely too big for their little mouths. I do have to say, they were thrilled to get mail and loved the gift. Thanks for your thoughtfulness Auntie!

There is nothing I love more...

than to snuggle up with my girls for a bedtime story. It's even better to watch Aaron read to them. They love their daddy so much and it shows. I love my family!

Soccer Mania

Kasey has started playing soccer and is loving it! The 1st few games she was a little distracted and unsure but last Saturday she played like a rock star!! She was aggressive and went after the ball like crazy. It is so fun for Aaron and I to watch her since we both played soccer when we were younger. But wait, there is more......do you know those kind of moms that SCREAM on the side lines and are almost annoying, well OK, very annoying? I think I am "that" mom. I get very involved and want my little girl to kick a**! Anyway, Shhh! don't tell anyone!!

Smores with the Salisburys

We got to have the Salisbury girls over for 3 nights this past weekend while Malissa and Kevin hooped it up in Vegas. We had a great time with them and I think they enjoyed themselves too! We did movie night with popcorn and M&M's, Smores, some dancing, and of course, Princess dress up time.

The girls had a great time roasting marshmallows for smores!! Yum!

Even Baby Madi joined in the fun. Here is Emma, Kasey, Haley, and Reese eating
up their treats. Although the Sals' kids don't have much of a sweet tooth for them......so I ate em'!! ;-0
